Getting Started

Most of the services we offer require an initial health form completed to get started.  Our staff will send you these direct to your email or text over a link to follow.  The first appointment is usually the longest appointment.  The doctor or provider will go over your health goals and discuss treatment recommendations.   We are excited to have a full team of providers on staff!  If you need help deciding where to start we recommend booking a new patient appointment with Dr. Hart.  He can guide you on which services are best to meet your health goals.

• Traditional Medicare
• Ask us about our out of Network discount for Aetna/Cigna/Humana

Insurance allows Traditional Chiropractic Care Services only.  Be aware your insurance does not cover 100% of care.  There is usually a deductible or copay needed from the patient.  As an in-network provider we can provide you with an estimate of patient costs associated with your treatment plan.  Functional Wellness services like Massage and Spinal Decompression are not covered by any health insurance.  

Co-insurance and Deductible portions are due AT TIME OF SERVICE. Our office accepts cash, check, CareCredit and all major credit cards. Our staff is highly trained on insurance verification and eligibility. This courtesy is extended to get an accurate estimate of your insurance coverage before your first appointment. This ensures no surprise bills later on.
